My name is Joseph J. I work as a Design lead and have been on it over many years. This gives me a solid grip of the workspace across multiple platforms, web , marketing, animation, product design and content production.
Originally from India, I lived in Singapore, The Philippines & Montreal.
I currently Help retain users through User Experience, Market automation, surface level tools and enjoy conducting UX research. Familiar with Creative suite, Optimal sort, Appsee, Salesforce Pardot, Hubspot CRM, Hootsuite , Autopilot, MailChimp, Google Analytics and Adwords. I am a fan of Webflow and Invision for crafting micro level User Experiences.
Most vividly I try to develop unseen things and avoid getting beaten up for new ideas.

Advocating inclusion of First Nation’s Cree into Google translate
Company : STORIeDD 2021
Advocating a campaign to hold Google responsible for its exclusion of First Nations Indigenous people of Canada. Messaging, branding & communicating the idea to various organisms like the parliament, Indigenous groups and getting Google to respond.Stratifying the message to millions of Canadaians through television, press & the internet.
Within one year of this campaign, Google tweaked it’s technical constraint to understanding low resource languages & added 24 new languages onto it’s translate app.
Hubspot Setup & CRM maintenance

Setting up the Hubspot CRM after it was configured for enabling marketing campaignsAnd understanding User behaviour. Building pipelines, devising naming conventions, altering product to align with website traffic, raising questionnaires and communicating its value to the stakeholders.

Product development including patent applications & filing with the USPTO for a unique form of communication called the Alphabetic narrative. Involved liaising & researching prior art material for the patent office.

Tilted Interface

Advocating a curious interface with the stakeholders.
An interface which assumes that users do not view anything straight, so why would the interface be straight. The ensuing interface ensured tilted orientation.
Sexless Kamasutra
Company : Deccan Media Productions ltd.
Product development, advocating the juice to stakeholders. Using media & visual imagery to decipher a long misunderstood piece of ancient literature, the Kamasutra, banned in India since 20 years for its controversial content is now available on Amazon abroad.
